A corporate brochure to commemorate Cushman & Wakefield’s 100th anniversary. “Partnership” was integrated as the underlying theme of the brochure.
With the clever use of printing effects, the concept “誠” “Sincerity” on the Cover became “成功” “Success” on the pull-out page illustrating the key message “Sincerity breeds success for both the client and Cushman & Wakefield”. The copywriting approach was extended throughout the brochure with one key word representing each vision of the eight service divisions.
